WATAN concluded a 3 day training course on communication skills in Gaziantep, from the 26th – 29th of March. The following points were covered in the training session:

• Role of communication in the success of the individuals and institutions
• Communication methodologies
• Communication types
• Details of the communication types as the direct communication, the written communication, and the voice, in addition to the active listening, and the effective team communication.
