Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Medicine, Pharmacy, or Health-related field.
- A diploma from a recognized Medical Institute or any relevant health-related certificate may also be considered.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the health sector (health facilities, blood banks, or medical projects).
- Proven experience in supervising teams, managing health projects, and coordinating with health authorities and NGOs.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of project cycle management.
- Excellent coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Arabic (required) and English (preferred).

Representation and Coordination

- Represent WATAN Foundation in meetings, workshops, and relevant events inside Syria.
- Attend project-related meetings or any meetings requested by the Health Coordinator.
- Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders, including local health authorities, cluster coordinators, and partners, regarding project updates and implementation progress.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, HR, Logistics, MEAL, Documentation) to ensure smooth project implementation and compliance with donor requirements.

Project Management & Support

- Supervise and manage the field health teams directly linked to the project.
- Monitor the progress of project activities according to the approved work plan.
- Adjust the implementation plan when required due to technical or contextual challenges.
- Review and follow up on reports from supporting departments (Finance, MEAL, HR, Logistics) and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Prepare and submit periodic progress reports to the Health Coordinator.
- Review implementation reports from the field and provide feedback to improve project performance.
- Conduct field visits (considering security conditions) to monitor project progress and provide detailed feedback reports.

Capacity Building & Technical Support

- Identify capacity-building needs of project staff and communicate them to the Health Coordinator.
- Provide training sessions and technical guidance as per expertise and project requirements.
- Support health teams to strengthen performance and ensure the project meets its objectives.
